Absolutely! A child can find comfort in Cozy Case™ once the child is old enough to use a regular pillow (preferably age 18 months or later, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics’ safe sleep guidelines).

For regular washes, Cozy Case™ SHOULD NOT be washed on its own. Machine wash only, with like colors, place inside wash bag or regular pillowcase; cold, mild detergent, gentle cycle. Non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron, do not dry clean. Squish and fluff sides back into shape. Pillowcase can be steamed.

No. Cozy Case™ was intentionally engineered as a pillowCASE allowing you to separately purchase and insert your favorite standard size pillow; one that is conducive to your preferred firmness and sleeping position(s). 

No. We intentionally engineered the plush sides to be permanently attached to prevent them from falling on the floor or getting lost in your bedding.

White was chosen as the launch color as it is the most popular bedding color in the industry. We are considering multiple color options for the future.

Currently, Cozy Case™ measures to fit a standard size pillow as this size is most popular in the bedding industry and fits across multiple bed sizes comfortably. We are considering different size options for the future.

Not at this time, unfortunately. 

  • What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. 

Refunds and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at katelyn@equipsleepingco.com to alert us of the damage with a photo attachment, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. We do not refund the cost of shipping.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

We will replace or refund single items damaged in transit as part of our Sleep Box. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or transit will not be replaced or refunded.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
